THERE IS NO PLANET B.

WE NEED TO TAKE ACTION. NOW.

While we’re proud Upbeat is a carbon-neutral company, we know we can’t stop there. We can’t stand still. Our mission to be a responsible, sustainable business who does good, shapes who we are and drives every step we take. We aim to be totally transparent in our sustainability journey, the progress we make and the challenges we face.

Positively Impact Health and Wellbeing

We believe in the products we make (and drink ourselves). All of our products are made in the UK so we can ensure we keep our promise of quality. We get a kick out of knowing that we’re championing a healthy, balanced lifestyle and contributing to peoples’ wellbeing by providing them with nutritious, protein-rich drinks. But we want to go further, to improve the lifestyle of people we aren’t yet able to reach with Upbeat drinks. So we’ve aligned with charities that support our Upbeat values: supporting clean water access projects and tribes’ protection. Because everyone, no matter who or where they are, has the right to clean drinking water, a safe home and equal opportunities.

Going Beyond Net Zero

Together, we need to take action to reduce humanity’s carbon footprint. We are proud to be a carbon-neutral company but, as a packaged drinks brand, we are especially committed to becoming even more sustainable. Currently, our bottles are made with 30% recycled PET plastic and are fully recyclable from label to lid. Our aim is to have reached 100% recycled PET plastic by 2024 and to have achieved BCorp status by 2026. We’re also working towards cleaner oceans with ClimatePartner, our partner for climate action.

Protecting the Lungs of our Planet

We’ve partnered with One Tribe to help keep our rainforests alive. For every order placed on our website or through our Amazon store, 5 plants and 100m2 of forest are saved. So far, we’ve protected 6,980 trees – with your help we’ll keep this number growing. For more information on our work with One Tribe and to see our climate action stats, click here.
